I feel very sad to see the state of my motherland

I am really hurt. The sacrifices of all our freedom fighters who laid their lives for the sake of free India, have gone to the drains & there is left no leader & the people to look after the preservation of those sacrifices. Few mean politicians, for attaining self-cheap-publicity, are very harmful to the nation. Unfortunately they possess some degree of madness, which needs some immidiate treatment. India is already confused on secular understanding. Recent violence in Mumbai against the north-Indians is making things worst. Everyone knows, who is responsible for all this. Common man, like me(Maharashtrian), is the one who is suffering. Nowdays, I feel really ashamed of my regional identity called "Maharashtrian". It was not the same few years back. It use to be an ultimate example of National intigration. I still feel that India is one & all citizens have an absolute right for a free mobility across its dimensions & to do business or any occupation. Constitution is absolutely clear on such question. Maharashtra or any state does not belong to any party. Maharashtra like other states belongs to India.

My Post Relationship Situation

"Two things, love and meditation, are enough to prepare the ground, and bliss comes! And only two things, the ego – the mind – and fear are enough to create misery. Fear is the polar opposite of love and mind-ego is the polar opposite of meditation. And these are the only alternatives. Meditation goes perfectly well – in tune with love. The mind goes perfectly well – in tune with fear. The mind and fear together create your misery. Meditation and love together create all that you have always dreamed of and longed for..... " Osho

It was so painful when I got seperated from a relationship. But, soon realized the thing that my ego got ill. Your ego can exist only with others. It grows in a relationship, it cannot exist alone. So, now there was a situation where I was alone, a situation in which my ego can exist no more. It felt suffocating. I felt as if I was just on the verge of death. This was the deepest suffering. I felt as if I am dying. But it was not me who was dying, only the ego, which I had taken to be myself, with which I had become identified. Now, the ego in me cannot exist because it was been given to me by others. When you leave others you cannot carry it with you.

Architecure Today

Buildings represent a huge investment, not only of money and time, but also of the world's resources. In constructing and occupying buildings, we consume vast quantities of materials and generate a major portion of the world's environmental pollution. According to the Worldwatch Institute, buildings consume more than 40 percent of the energy utilized in the world each year and, in so doing, release into the atmosphere one-third of the carbon dioxide and two-fifths of the compounds that cause acid rain. We all know that buildings are responsible for many forms of environmental degradation. They place a heavy burden on the earth's resources, most of which are non-renewable and finite, and they jeopardize the health and welfare of humanity. Thus it is increasingly urgent that we learn to build and operate buildings in a sustainable manner.
Sustainability may be defined as meeting the needs of the current generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.

Most of the Architects needs to be educated in how to build sustainably. Try and remember Pune 10 years ago. People use to visit the place and be so happy with the climate and overall environment. Recently, few very famous Architects from the city have screwed up the whole environment. Architects practicing from past 25-30 years can be so insensetive?...See the condition of the mountains within Pune and around also. See the projects like Clover Highlands, Amby Valley...and think.
